From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty! the luxurious amenities are unparalleled and all of my exclusive needs were fulfilled. the service was excellent: everything from the seamless check-in process to the personalized attention from staff. My room was impeccable, with exclusive advantages such as a private balcony. the location is unbeatable, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, which was amazing to observe from my room.
I had a minor issue with the WiFi, which was a bit slow and unreliable at times. But, the hotel staff was quick to respond and provide a solution.
